The thought process behind this piece is quite simple and stems from the most common prompt for making a painting: this is how I felt. In this period, I found myself drowning in a sudden deafening silence of my mind as I started anxiety treatment. While it steadily became a relief, the sudden change left a hole in my life, adapting to what was supposed to be my newfound normal.
