This collection of work explores an interest in the absent mark. What does it mean to mold something beautiful without touching it at all? I am playing with a dense atmospheric color and a flat outline of a form where tension is born out of the negative space between the forms and the atmospheric world they live in. The forms are distinctly invisible, calling all the more attention to them. I hoped to find an answer about what happens when a beautiful thing ceases to be visible.
