In all seriousness, Cute is an investigation into the relationship between “cute” and adulthood. It is an argument for the benefits of cuteness on mental health and demands that cuteness be taken seriously. The displayed work is an introspective experiment consisting of drawings using paint, ink, crayon and glitter, examining the artist's use of cute to cope with mental illness and the reality of the contemporary world.
