I like myself being happy and I'm sure you do too. It's not so hard to be happy. If you want it, you only need to deceive yourself. Tell yourself to believe in it. Believe in it with all your mind until you can't see the other side, until you know that you're absolutely right. If this doesn't mean anything to you, you've already achieved it.
