Both my painting and photographic work often deals with political issues...and has since my work on the Vietnam War and the Black Action Movement Strike and Native American Movement whilst at UofM in the 60's. I have taught University level Fine Art Photography since beginning at Residential College in the early 70's. I came to New Zealand in 1995 to design the darkrooms and Fine Art Photo curriculum at the Quay School of the Arts in Whanganui.
This work is about the recent US Presidential election and the risk it poses not only now but for the future for the US and also for those of us who live in the rest of the world.
(The original format of this work was one metre square.)
