My poster represents how there’s always a chance to set aside our biases to help one another reach our full potential, regardless of one’s background or preconceived perceptions.
By remaining open to the various identities people hold, we can connect with those around us, creating strong relationships and a more inclusive, supporting society. I used sign language to illustrate the key points of this message. The sign for “War” represents the conflict and inherent biases people may hold, “Support” reflects how we can work to understand one another better, and “Help” to indicate that together we can create something beautiful.
