This is a portrait of my friend Sarah that I created to highlight how intriguing her cheesy grin is. I added confetti because it feels as though Sarah’s smile induces party poppers to go off every time she enters a room. I wanted create a piece that people can look at and instantly feel a warm sense of delight; a little bit of happiness to turn to during these hard times.
