I created Call Center when I was in the midst of the Summer of 2020. Immediately after losing the best semester of my high school experience and graduating, I was given a job at a call center. I was working remote, yes, but I was also yelled at by the people I was trying to help, and constantly reminded that I had to adhere to a rigid script rather than working out a problem, all while I could've been protesting and making a difference in the country. I felt kind of powerless in a way, even though I had it relatively well off in the global pandemic.
