Although I tend to focus my work in real world illustration, I found that by utilizing 3D molding programs such as Rhino 7 I was able to create a certain scale and precision that I would not be normally able to without the aid of technology. With these new skills I created my depictions of mental health relating too biblical interpretations of hell and the underworld. These images were created for the sole purpose of transporting the viewer into the mind of someone struggling, and how the world might feel like when there is nowhere left to turn and you feel lost.
