During the active Covid lockdown I would sometimes feel as though my perception of the world was distorting around me. Time would disappear, my mind would run blank, and the world would feel as though it was moving and warping around me. It felt as though I lost touch with reality. "Distortion" was an attempt to capture that feeling.
