This shirt was inspired by men's formal tops in the Victorian era. With neck detailing and the element of movement, it speaks to the ebb and flow of life. I took my dad's old dress shirt and flipped it. Instead of wearing it normally, you wear it backwards. The high collar allowed me to add a bow neck piece to add detail. I added to the bottom a skirt pleat with fraying at the end to add dynamic movement. I created this piece because I wanted to reinvent the shirt in a new way, and give it a new breath.
