Jasmine brings over 11 years of experience in Human Resources. Most recently, she served as a People Operations Manager at Talent to Team, a fractional HR services provider. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Relations & Policy from Michigan State University and a Master's degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Western Michigan University. Additionally, she is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
Throughout her career, Jasmine has gained extensive experience in key HR functions, including talent acquisition, succession planning, employee relations, benefits administration, training, and management. She has consistently worked to enhance HR processes and procedures, driving operational efficiencies. Jasmine is also passionate about incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives into the workplace, believing they are vital to organizational success.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Jasmine is a published author and an enthusiastic reader. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children.
