Zack Denfeld Commissioned for the Lisbon Architecture Triennale
Zack Denfeld’s (MFA 2007) Center for Genomic Gastronomy has been commissioned to create The Planetary Sculpture Supper Club: Lisbon — an installation and pop up restaurant that puts the eater on a pedestal. Dining 3 meters off of the ground in the banquet hall of the Pombal Palace, eaters are invited to consider the ways that humans unconsciously sculpt the planet’s biosphere through their food choices. Opens September 15, 2013 in Lisbon.
