Zack Denfeld: Citizen Science Supper Club

Zack Denfeld (MFA 2007) has helped launch the Center for Genomic Gastronomy, a group that researches the genomes and biotechnologies that make up the human food systems on planet Earth. Recent events have included Cheese Wrestling and a Planetary Sculpture Supper Club. The Center has done research and presented its findings in India, Spain, and the US.
