William Wylie: Yale Residency Leads to Unique Pompeii Access
During two residencies sponsored by the Yale University Art Gallery, William Wylie (MFA 1989) gained unique access to the Pompeii archeological site, which is featured in his photographs following in the footsteps of 19th-century photographer Giorgio Sommer. The work was exhibited at Page Bond Gallery (Richmond, VA) in 2013 and will be followed by another more extensive exhibit in November, 2015.
