Wellness Day Break: a Self-Guided Meditation
STAMPS Student Balance Lab, a group of students in Melanie Manos’ Social Spaces course, present “Finding your Balance,” a self-guided meditation for stress and anxiety with Lisa Conine.
Lisa Conine will guide you through this recorded session with simple breathing and yoga exercises. Lisa is a 200 HR Registered Yoga Teacher devoted to guiding people back to their body through breath and movement. She supports folks in creating a consistent presence with themselves so they can lead and serve from the heart.
