Mary Hertler Tallman Receives Honorable Mention in 20th Annual Pastel 100 Competition
Mary Hertler Tallman’s (BFA ‘78) pastel painting, Barn Poetry Series XLI, has been awarded Honorable Mention in the Landscape/Interior category in the the 20th Annual Pastel 100 Competition.
Her artwork is slated to appear in the April 2019 issue of “Pastel Journal.” Over 2000 entries were submitted for jurying. International artist Desmond O’Hagen served as the juror. Look for the “Pastel Journal” magazine on newsstands March 5, 2019.
