Work by Leisa Rich (BFA 1982) is featured in several current and upcoming exhibitions in Georgia and Texas. 

Wash & Wax: A Collaboration, an abstract quilt exhibition with Virginia Greaves, went on after its fall 2015 run at Abernathy Arts Center Gallery in Atlanta, Georgia, to Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama, and will be at The Irving Arts Center in Irving, Texas from May 21- July 3

Rich has a pop up exhibition presently up in Atlanta called Techstiles, and will be teaching a workshop titled Transforming The 2D Surface To 3D With Fosshape” at Arrowmont in Gatlinburg, Tennessee from July 17 – 23

Rich is one of 6 artists chosen by curator Mary Ruth Smith for Multiplicity at Baylor University’s Martin Museum of Art in Waco, Texas, August 23- September 25. Rich’s massive solo exhibition, Leisa Rich: ExperiMENTAList, opens at Gallery 180, Stanley Beaman and Sears’ Atlanta architecture firm’s exhibition space in Atlanta, Georgia from October 21 through January 2017

Rich’s work is to be featured in 5 upcoming art books, and she will be teaching in The Netherlands next spring. She has also been collaborating with hairstylists, makeup artists, aerial acrobats, models, and professional photographers on in situ installations that feature her unique wearable sculptures.
