John Kannenberg Performs in Egypt
On May 14, 2010, A&D graduate student John Kannenberg will perform at the 100Live Electronic Music Festival in Cairo, Egypt. The festival takes place at Darb 1718
contemporary arts center and the Cairo Jazz Club.
John is performing two sets: the first is a live sound/video set, consisting of the following pieces:
Flumen
Ventus
The second set is a live phonography/field recording in collaboration with Ahmed Basiony, a local artist who is providing video for that part of the performance.
