Gretchen R. Hoenecke: Solo Exhibition

A new solo exhibition by Gretchen R. Hoenecke (BDES ​‘50) is open at the Annex Gallery of the Becky Thatcher Designs store at 301 South Main Street, Leland, Michigan through Labor Day weekend. Gretchen taught elementary art in Ann Arbor and is a frequent exhibitor in a variety of juried art shows in the Chicago area. Her were is in many private collections throughout the United States. Most recently she has been doing abstract monoprints and collagraphs with bright colors and simple shapes — showing the joy of shape, textures and color relating to each other. 

Gretchen’s work is also featured at the Annex Gallery in Harbor Springs at 117 West Main Street and in Glen Arbor at the Bay Lavender Trading Company, 5777 Lake Street.
