Endi Poskovic Presents Lecture at Ella Sharp Museum
Jackson Civic Art Association and Ella Sharp Museum present Impossible Object, a lecture by print artist Endi Poskovic, which will focus on the graphic imagery in Poskovic’s woodcut and lithographic prints. Poskovic, who was born in Sarajevo, Yugoslavia, explores universal themes of displacement, memory, transformation and revival. His work is represented in numerous national and international museums and public collections including the Detroit Institute of Arts. He has lectured extensively and participated in numerous international conferences at universities and museums throughout Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North America. “Impossible Object” is also the theme of Poskovic’s current solo show in Ann Arbor at NCRC. Free and open to public.
