Ellen Nelson: New Mural
This summer, Ellen Nelson (BFA ‘13) completed her largest mural to date — a scene of Michigan native wildflowers, bees, and butterflies on a 40ft tall grain silo in Tecumseh.
It was the perfect summer job after the cancellation of all of my art shows for the year due to Covid-19. Now I am back at the easel making paintings with higher hopes for 2021, a few new skills, and fresh new inspirations.
