Carisa Bledsoe Exhibits in Paris

Multi-media artist Carisa Bledsoe (BFA Interarts 2014) will have her first exhibition in Paris, including paintings and a live performance, in May.

The exposition will be free and open to the public. There will be an opening reception May 9th from 7pm to 11pm, during which the artist will perform an original solo work entitled, What the Tide Brought In.” In addition to performance, the exposition will première tactile work such as, Roots,” Quand le ciel est bleu,” and Sentez le soleil,” in which abstract shapes of texture, color, and words are painted and collaged to create scenes of beauty, relaxation, and confrontation.

May 8th — June 8th at Au Fond du Jardin 39 rue Pelleport, 75020 Paris
Opening May 9, 2015, 7pm — 11pm; performance at 8pm.
