Since I work on multiple projects at once, my process always feels slightly nebulous. I tend to work haptically, through hands- on experimentation. Whether it involves sound, sculpture, or print, I almost always start with test pieces, something tangible, to see how materials behave. I’m also very interested in environment and consider how a viewer might inhabit the work through physical experience.
