Anne Fink Bartoc and Emily Schiffer: "Brooklyn Visionaries" Featured in The Daily Heller

Brooklyn Visionaries, a new website created by Stamps alums Anne Fink Bartoc (BA ​’81) and Emily Schiffer (MFA ​’16) to celebrate the residents of the borough, was recently featured in Print Magazine’s The Daily Heller.

As a Brooklyn-raised multidisciplinary artist, I created Brooklyn Visionaries as a collaborative photographic and storytelling documentary project exploring the impact of local residents as harbingers of change. With documentary interviews and photographs, we sought to capture the truth and wisdom shared in these interviews. We recently launched a website, brook​lyn​vi​sion​ar​ies​.com to celebrate these longtime residents of the borough. 

In addition, a piece from the Brooklyn Visionaries documentary, Richard Green, is on exhibit at the Footnote Project Space through May 15.
