Adam Morath: Webby Awards
Adam Morath (BFA 2007) has spent the last five years of his career building original video series for AOL Autos and Autoblog. In 2013, his programs ‘Translogic’ and ‘The List’ became the first in AOL’s history to be televised when they were broadcast on Fox’s Speed Network. Later in the year, ‘Translogic’ enjoyed an additional broadcast run on the NBC Sports Network. To cap an amazing year, ‘The List’ was selected as the web’s best ‘Travel & Adventure’ video series by the 18th Annual Webby Awards. In May, Adam had the privilege to travel to New York City to accept the award alongside his co-executive producer, Chris Paukert. Adam and Chris met in Ann Arbor at ‘Winding Road Magazine’, Adam’s first job after graduating from the Stamps School in 2007.
