Prerequisites: All OF THE FOLLOWING: ARTDES 252: Intro to Metals/Jewelry.

Description: In this course, students explore casting, die making and digital processes designed to accurately reproduce multiple elements. They expand their skill sets to create innovative jewelry and small objects that use compelling forms, patterns and integrated mechanisms in their design. Students deepen their understanding of the significance of historical and contemporary artifacts and processes to further inform their own work.

Frequency: This course is typically offered in the fall term of odd-numbered years, though scheduling may vary according to future term circumstances.
