Prerequisites: All OF THE FOLLOWING: ARTDES 115: Studio: 2D.

Description: This course is a close study of the full range of typographic variables (i.e., the characteristics of letterforms and the ways in which they are combined and configured to create texts) and of the relationship of typographic form to conventions of language use.

Frequency: This course is typically offered in both the fall and winter terms of every academic year, though scheduling may vary according to future term circumstances. This course is also occasionally offered in the spring term.
