"Morning Toast" is a mental wellness and productivity tool designed to help teenagers and young adults complete their daily tasks using SMART goal structures, the Eisenhower Matrix, and serotonin-boosting nudges. It enhances productivity by encouraging small, daily accomplishments alongside realistic, tangible goal-setting, thereby boosting motivation and a sense of accomplishment. Observing my peers' stress over unfinished tasks, particularly among those affected by ADHD, I was inspired to create a solution that helps users manage their schedules and workloads more effectively through the promotion of strategic planning.
