It features a small, plush toy puppy equipped with a strap and a pulse sensor, suggesting it can be worn around the wrist. The toy appears to have built-in electronics, as highlighted by an exploded view showing internal components like a circuit board, vibration motor, and power source. Next to the toy puppy is a small doghouse-like charging station, adding a playful element. Children often cannot adequately recognize, communicate, and cope with stress. This project aims to fill the gap between wearable stress monitoring devices and simple, child-friendly stress relief designs. The puppy plush features a wagging tail to soothe with tactile interactions and lights to guide breathing upon the detection of stress. The house vibrates when stress is detected, to alert the caregiver and serve as an empathy tool.
