A watercolor painting of myself, surrounded by five stuffed animals floating softly in the background. The subject (myself) sits casually on a staircase in the foreground, dressed in comfortable clothes, while the blurry, charcoal-drawn imagery in the back adds depth and a sense of quiet reflection.

My Friends and Me

I'm an only child who often found solace in conversations with my stuffed animals. While my parents were frequently away, leaving me home alone, I would spend hours lost in painting, creating worlds where my only companions were my beloved toys. As an introvert with a love for storytelling, I found comfort in their silent presence. Though they may not be alive, my stuffed animals always know the latest gossip from school, and in their company, I never felt truly alone.
