"Lost in Bloom" reflects on themes found in Rococo 18th century art and depicts an oasis of romance. My project includes ideas influenced by lusciousness, fruitfulness, and relationships. With oil on canvas, the contemporary painting series illustrates the imagination of a dream, what is reality and what is a dream. The pastel colors reflect the lightness of heart, the floating on air feeling. this series celebrates the innocence in the nature of love, the mundane love, the parallel resting heartbeat love, the uncontrollable unpredictable love. Love is in the air, be Lost In Bloom, be enchanted by affection, treasure your heart’s passion, be in love with love.
