Shreya Garg Finalist in Photo Competition
Shreya Garg, a 2018 – 2019 exchange student at the Stamps School of Art & Design from Srishti Institute of Art, Design & Technology, was a finalist in “As I See It,” the Arts @ Michigan photo competition. The Fall 2018 competition theme was “Pattern,” as evidenced in Garg’s two finalist entries: Nubivagance and The Buddhist Recurrence.
The “As I See It” photo competition was organized by Arts @ Michigan, a collection of campus programs programs designed to promote student involvement in arts and cultural opportunities on campus and in the community. Winners of the competition were selected by student votes, both online and through ballots in the Michigan League, Palmer Commons, and Pierpont Commons. The finalists and competition winners are exhibited on the Arts @ Michigan website.
