Shane Darwent: Suburban Psalm

Unnamed 2

Suburban Psalm, a new exhibition by Shane Darwent (MFA 2017), is on view through March 12 at SPRING/BREAK Art Show: NYC’s curator-driven art fair during Armory Arts Week. Learn more about the exhibition here.

About the Show
Seductive yet repulsive, alien yet familiar, the suburban landscape presents today’s wilderness — confusing, bewildering, and sometimes downright inhospitable. Shane Darwent’s sculptural installations employ everyday materials to ask, What are we to make of these modern frontier lands full of homes made for strangers?”
