The Annie Awards are prestigious annual awards recognizing excellence in animation across film, television, and video games. Presented by ASIFA-Hollywood (International Animated Film Association) since 1972, they often serve as a significant predictor for the Oscars’ animation race. Annie Awards honor achievements in various categories, from features and shorts to student work, and include lifetime achievement awards, celebrating the art form’s creators and innovations.

The 53rd Annual Annie Awards will be presented on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at UCLA’s Royce Hall in Los Angeles, California.
