Richard Hackel: Ophthalmic Photographers’ Society

A&D Adjunct Assistant Professor Richard Hackel has been elected to the Board of Education for the Ophthalmic Photographers’ Society.

The Ophthalmic Photographers’ Society is the professional organization for ophthalmic photographers nationwide. It hosts 2 major meetings per year that feature continuing education, as well as basic training for its members. The Board of Education is in charge of planning classes, and coordinating logistics and equipment at each meeting. The Annual Meeting, which will be in October this year, is held in conjunction with the American Academy of Ophthalmology’s annual meeting, to be held this year in Chicago.
