Nancy and Russell Thayer Present “Pas de Deux” at Robert Kidd Gallery
Former Stamps lecturer Nancy Thayer and her husband, Stamps alum Russell (BSDes 1957, AM 1961), will exhibit their collection, “Pas de Deux,” at the Robert Kidd Gallery in Birmingham, Michigan. All are welcome to attend the opening of the exhibition from 5 – 8 pm on April 12, 2019.
In ballet, a “pas de deux” (which translates literally to “step of two”) is a dance in which two dancers perform ballet steps together. The Thayers were inspired by this duet to create an exhibition that features works of art from both of them.
