Melanie Manos Exhibits in Bath, England
In January, Stamps Teaching Professor Melanie Manos presented video work at 44AD Artspace (Bath, England) for the exhibition Soft Landing.
Filmed while Manos was International Artist-in-Residence at Fish Factory (Cornwall), “There and Back” is a collaborative project with fellow AIR Brenda Miller that documents Miller’s performative “knitting walks,” investigating historic local patterns and women’s work through the dual rhythms of walking and knitting.
