Julie Eisenberg Pitman Presents at Rough Road Ahead

Julie

Julie Eisenberg Pitman (BFA 93), a Stamps School alumna and accomplished collage artist and designer, will be featured in the group exhibition, Rough Road Ahead, hosted by Viridian Artists Gallery in New York. Pitman uses her collages to create a reimagining of our constructed environment and to examine how the mind resolves diverse components. She plays with the concepts of perfection and beauty and was inspired by the Japanese concept of wabi-sabi, the acceptance of beauty that is imperfect or incomplete.

Since graduating from Stamps, Pitman’s career has seen her work exhibited around the world and she has worked with clients such as Disney and ESPN
