Ento-Mouth Presents “Eat a Bug”

Event Image

Stamps undergraduate students Courtney Ignace (BFA 19) and Siena McKim (BFA 19), collectively known as Ento-Mouth, present the first campus insect food service cart where art, sustainability, culture, diet, and good flavors come together.

This collaborative senior thesis project aims to change campus food culture and promote local eating. Ento-Mouth’s hand built food cart will tour Ann Arbor serving dishes made from foraged foods and insects to initiate dialogue about the national food system.

Ento-Mouth will host Eat A Bug on Friday, October 26 from 3 – 5pm on the U‑M Central Campus Diag. This event is an opportunity for the community to taste insects and to discuss American food culture.
