Alisha Wessler Awarded

MFA candidate Alisha Wessler has received an international research award for her project, “(Re)collection and Representation in Yugoslav History Museums,” which focuses on museums and other sites of memory pertaining to former Yugoslavia and its socialist past. 

Rackham International Research Awards (RIRA) support terminal master’s and doctoral students conducting degree-related research outside the United States and Puerto Rico, with award amounts up to $10,000.
