Guna Nadarajan, Dean of the Penny W. Stamps School of Art & Design appointed two Stamps faculty members to lead Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) strategy for the 2019 – 2020 academic year.
Professor Carol Jacobsen will serve as Implementation Lead for the Stamps School Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategic plan and Professor Endi Poskovic will serve as Stamps Inclusive Teaching Liaison.
As Implementation Lead, Jacobsen will spearhead and track the implementation of our Strategic DE&I plan as well as work on ongoing community engagement, reporting and assessment, and related tasks.
As Inclusive Teaching Liaison, Poskovic work with CRLT to continue inclusive teaching training for Stamps faculty, oversee the school’s inclusive teaching grants, and be a champion for inclusive teaching within the Stamps faculty. He will also work closely with Professor Jacobsen on fulfilling the inclusive teaching goals in our strategic plan.
