Metered Park­ing

The streets around the Stamps Gallery are lined with park­ing meters. Meters are free on Sun­days and after 6:00 pm dur­ing the week­days. Credit cards and cash accepted.

City Park­ing Structures

Lib­erty Square Park­ing Struc­ture (Tally Hall): This struc­ture is located directly around the cor­ner from the Stamps Gallery at 510 East Wash­ing­ton Street. The struc­ture is open to the pub­lic (no per­mit required). Credit cards and cash accepted.

May­nard Street Park­ing Struc­ture: This struc­ture is a five-minute walk from us and is located at 324 May­nard Street near the Michi­gan The­ater. After leav­ing the struc­ture, walk toward Lib­erty Street and turn left on to E. Lib­erty Street. Walk one block and turn right on to South Division.

U‑M Park­ing

Thayer Street Park­ing Struc­ture: The Thayer Street Park­ing Struc­ture is the clos­est U‑M struc­ture. A blue or gold park­ing per­mit is required for this structure.

Thomp­son Street Park­ing: There is a park­ing lot on the east side of Thomp­son Street just past E. William Street. A blue or gold park­ing per­mit is required to park in this lot. If you con­tinue down Thomp­son Street, there is a park­ing struc­ture on the right. It requires a blue or gold permit.
