In conjunction with the exhibition Mother Cyborg: Crafting our Digital Legacy, artist Diana J. Nucera (aka Mother Cyborg) will be in conversation with writer and curator Steve Panton, artist April Anue Shipp, and writer, dancer and Executive Director of Allied Media Projects Jenny Lee. Expect a wide-ranging discussion, including topics such as the radical history of quilting, digital justice, and the influence of organizations such as Detroit Summer and Allied Media Projects on Nucera’s work.
