On Sunday, November 23, Michelle Cieloszczyk (MFA ​’26) invites the community to join her in building effigies inspired by Polish folk rituals about Marzanna (the Goddess of death, disease and winter). Together, participants will parade to Riverside Park with live music and use colored ribbons to create links between ourselves, our effigies and the surrounding environment.
