Freelance Graphic Artist Needed

August 22, 2016

IQM Research Institute is a start-up not-for-profit research corporation engaged in programs, usually funded by the US Government, that intend to advance the state-of-the-art of various technologies and to find ways to expedite the integration of these technologies into systems and sub-systems already in practical application or for future applications.

One such proposal effort is underway relating to the development of advanced robotic systems.  In order to effectively communicate some elements of the technological approach being proposed the services of a graphic artist are needed.  This individual will assist in identifying, modifying, or creating graphics to communicate advanced robotic applications.  The artist may be called upon to create graphic images based upon the technical or scientific vision of the proposal team.  Once developed, these graphics will need to be integrated into the proposal document.  This may require additional formatting and editing to meet the government sponsor’s requirements.  Because of the nature of the work (in this case, the sponsor is the U.S. Army Tank / Automotive Command (TACOM/TARDAC)) U.S. Citizenship is required.
