Karrie graduated from the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts at the University of Michigan with a BA in English and psychology. After graduating, she worked in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions as a Recruitment Coordinator. In her four years there, she advised high school seniors on the application process and planned events and programs for prospective and admitted students. She gained knowledge about Stamps and the students by serving as the admissions liaison. In her free time, Karrie plays ice hockey and is an assistant coach for Pioneer High School's Women's Ice Hockey team.
As an Academic Advisor, Karrie assists students in making appropriate educational choices and decisions; monitors student progress; and counsels students on academic programs and policies. Her professional work and graduate coursework in higher education is focused on student access and success, and she looks forward to guiding students at Stamps!
