What is up with My Brain?
What’s up with My Brain? is a graphic novel consisting of three short stories about anxiety. These stories are for middle schoolers struggling with anxiety disorders. Each story focuses on a different character dealing with panic attacks, social anxiety or emetophobia (the fear of throwing up) and some coping mechanisms for these disorders. The graphic novel also contains diagrams that explain how different neurotransmitters can play a part in anxiety disorders.
