SuperNormal: A Webcomic of Ghosts, Friendship, and Other Nonsense
SuperNormal is a webcomic meant to be viewed through a digital format, online. It is the story of a young girl named Sonia, and her ability to see the supernatural. Initially reluctant to even acknowledge her abilities, a rogue poltergeist at her new school forces her to confront aspects of her personality that she would rather leave unexamined. Through this, she finds and befriends a boy at her school named Marcus who possesses the same ability, and the two form a strong platonic connection through their shared experiences. The webcomic is set up to be a blend of two mediums, comics and film, and thus when clicked through on a digital interface plays out like the storyboarding process of an animated film.
