Sit Properly Please is an interactive installation of a discursive designed chair and artifacts that aim to provoke an audience to reflect on the question what does it mean to sit properly at the dinner table in American culture? And why do we sit the way we do?

This work is featured as part of Adapt: The 2019 Stamps Senior Show, unfolding during the month of April in four exhibition sites throughout the city of Ann Arbor: the Michigan Theater, Duderstadt Video Studio, the Art & Architecture Building, and Stamps Gallery.
